Terms and Conditions of service
At Suzy Dale Ltd, we like to keep things simple. Adhering to these terms will ensure your working relationship is clear, allowing you and your Career Coach to focus on you.
By embarking on any service with Suzy Dale Ltd you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Confidentiality
Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of our services and products. You can opt out of our email marketing at any time by pressing unsubscribe on the bottom of our emails.
Payment
All payment is by paypal and required at least 24 hours prior to your session. Until we receive payment, we can’t hold appointment times for you.
Instalment Plans for Packages
We operate instalment plans for larger coaching packages to allow coaching to be as accessible to all. This must be set up before your first meeting. An admin fee of £20 does apply to instalment plans.
Prices
All prices and services are inclusive of taxes.
Our prices and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept no liability for changing any prices.
Cancellations or Postponement
You may cancel or change your coaching sessions up to 24 hours prior to that session’s start time. Cancelling or postponing within 24 hours of your next session will result in you losing the cost and benefits of that session. If you are unable to attend the session for instance due to illness or travel disruption, please consider switching to a phone consultation wherever possible.
Lateness
It is your responsibility be on time. Please notify your Career Coach if you are late. Lateness of more than 10 minutes will result in the session being deemed to be cancelled.
Evening sessions
To avoid disappointment, we suggest you book at least 2 -3 weeks in advance to secure an evening slot.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Suzy Dale Ltd has the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
Guarantees
Each client we work with is very different and so are the results achieved, so it would be irresponsible to offer any guarantees, although it may help to know that in general clients who put in most effort see best results in the fastest time.
We are however committed to high quality and customer satisfaction and to monitoring results over time and will report these on our website once we have sufficient data available.
Refunds
Only in exceptional circumstances do we provide refunds.
For our packages, if you’re in doubt, we encourage you to take your time and think about your readiness to embark on this journey. If you feel sure, then book the sessions, try at least 2 sessions and if you then feel it’s not for you, we will refund any remaining sessions. In the case of a refund, it is based on our one-off session price per session used. You will be charged the sessions you’ve used or cancelled if within 24 hours of the agreed time and we will refund you the remainder.
The coaching packages are designed as a journey to include reflection, homework and application time, so they need to be treated and viewed as a whole course.
Information supplied to Suzy Dale Ltd
Suzy Dale Ltd accepts in good faith information, which purchasers of its services provide, and is not in any way responsible for the accuracy of such information. It is the responsibility of purchasers to ensure the accuracy and veracity of information provided to Suzy Dale Ltd in a CV or any other document supplied to Suzy Dale Ltd.
CV skills
Reviews: The CV meeting includes only one free review of your redrafted CV and covering letter or application form following consultation. We reserve the right to charge a pro-ratered hourly rate for any further reviews.
Interruptions to online services
Suzy Dale Ltd is not responsible in any way for any interruptions to the service it provides as a result of breakdown of internet or other supporting services, and does not undertake any liability for any losses which may occur as a result of such breakdowns. We will, however, use its best endeavours to deal with such errors swiftly.
